WHO WE ARE …
Steinabær Ltd which operates 101 Residence is a young and energetic company. It was founded by three family members and still remains a family owned and operated company. The company has in a short time grown from being a hobby project to becoming a full fledged company that now provides service to some of the major organisations in Iceland. The aim of the company is to stand at a superior service level above similar companies, providing customers with what they want, when they want it.
OPERATION
The main focus of the company is the operation of 101 Residence which currently owns 7 properties that are all located in the heart of downtown Reykjavík. Providing 7 night stays as a minimum, the 101 Residence sets itself apart in structure and price from a normal hotel.
AIM OF THE COMPANY
The company has the simple aim of exceeding its customers expectations with a service level unparallel to its competitors. Beyond delivering outstanding service Steinabær Ltd plans to continue its growth within the Icelandic market in the interest of obtaining additional properties and further business opportunities. Steinabær Ltd is focused in seeking out opportunities which deliver to our customers hassle free accommodation, travel and clothing.
